Your return request is valid within 14 days of receipt of your order, provided that you assume the return costs.
To facilitate the return and refund process, please follow the steps below:
Contact us via this link contact@katinel.com with your order number to inform us of your withdrawal request. You then have 14 days from this date to return the products to us (shipment date).
Return the package to the following address: KATINEL, 60 rue de Bourgogne, 45200 Amilly, France
Make sure you choose a mode of transport with a tracking number. No claim regarding loss of package will be accepted without a tracking number.
The refund will be made upon receipt of your package.
